Draw your allotment, bed by bed

Lay out beds, paths and the shed to size on a grid of 1 ft squares, so what you see on your phone matches what’s on the ground. Most allotments take a few minutes.

Sowing dates for your site

Bia knows your town’s frost dates and how warm it gets, so every crop gets local sowing and planting out dates, not the ones on the back of the packet.

Questions

Is Bia free?

Bia is free for 2 months, then $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year. You can cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play.

Does it work for a half plot or a 10-rod plot?

Yes. You set the size of your plot and draw the beds you actually have. A full 10-rod plot and a small raised-bed half plot both work.

Does it know about frost on my site?

It uses frost dates for your town, worked out from climate records and your height above sea level. It also warns you when a frost is forecast.

Can I share my plot with my allotment partner?

You can share your plot and follow other growers in your area in Neighbours.
