How to sow seeds in a drill
A shallow straight groove drawn with a cane or hoe, watered first, seeds spaced along it, then covered lightly.
Draw a straight groove with a cane or hoe, as deep as the packet says.
Water the groove first, then space the seeds along it.
Cover lightly with soil and firm gently with the back of a rake.
